Not that I actually expect anyone to read this, but welcome to the New Orleans Daily News. Today's Clown of the Day is Louisiana's U.S. Senator David Vitter. Vitter tripped over his feet trying to do "the old Potomac two-step" and impersonate Charlie Sheen at the same time. When the "D.C. Madame" story first broke I immediately thought of a certain New England Senator whose name rhymes with Pennedy, but I would not have thought LA's own baby faced republican would be the one to get nabbed. Of course I can't say I was surprised either, William "Dolla Bill" Jefferson being our other Washington front pager.

And oh yeah, and we've got the highest murder rate in the country.
